REVELSTOKE OPINION

(On July 31, 2008 a 3 member panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Class could no longer execute on the judgment. Although the judgment was rendered in a federal court, and Class Counsel acted to keep the judgment alive, the Court ruled that an obscure Hawaii state law applied to prevent execution ten years after the judgment was entered in Hawaii in February 1995. On August 13, 2008 Class Counsel have filed a Motion for Rehearing and Rehearing En Banc pointing out errors in the ruling. The following document is the Motion)
